Gracie, whenever you feel the urge to eat please:
1) call a friend and talk it out
2) talk to God, who will provide for all of your needs and does, if we allow Him to
3)get outside and take a walk if you feel overwhelmed
4) take a bath or shower---water is a great destressor
5)get plenty of rest
6)post here and often, we want to be your friends, confidants, buddies and whatever else to fill in the gaps so you don't have to do that with extra food
