Well this week I'm going to do Flex because I'll be at the hospital a lot, and I have a hard time eating out on Core (it's the choices I make I know). I'm going to try to stick to mostly core foods tho.
So here goes:

l - fajita turkey burger patty [4pts]; over a salad w/avocado [2pts]; w/tomatillo salsa for dressing [0pts]; sour cream [1pt]

d - 1/2 ny strip steak [6pts]; baked potato [3pts]; sour cream [2pts]; roasted brussle sprouts w/oil [1pt]; wine [6pts] s - tortilla chips & salsa [3pts]; wine [2pts]
AP - bike ride for 1 hr - 4pts
points total: 33/28 5 WPA used (14/35 for week)
Note its our anniversary so we'll probably split a bottle of wine with dinner I don't usually have that much.
edited: I couldn't resist the salsa I'd made so I had some as a snack while watching tv. That's why I don't drink wine w/dinner often anymore.
Nothing new, Looks like we're going to have cloudy day,Hoping to get down to the beach and get some walking done before the rain come in.
Had a bad core day last night I went wild,eating everything in sight while watching tv,but I'm back OP this morning. Why does that happen from time to time.
I don't know if the Core is working for me anymore,I tried going HARD Core by not having that any WPA's as of now I only used 13 this week and my week started on Friday. Any input,other than Vickie thinking I'm not eating enough.Just curious of what other are doing to get the scale numbers down.

OK, small mix-up DH's surgery is Wed our Anniversary was yesterday (Mon). So we had our anniversary/last dinner together for a couple weeks last night. But thanks for the well wishes .

AP - walk w/mom @ park 60 min lt/mod pace = 3 pts
Total - 26/28; leaves me 2 pt + 3 AP for the day (I'm sure I'll use them somewhere).
Donna, I'm glad you and dh got to celebrate your anniversary before he goes into the hospital.
