Shenanigan: True about the soy/wasabi combo. I LOVE it. However, I totally know that in this case if I were to try the sashimi, I'd have to forego that...which is okay with me in order to have my "fix"...
4givn: I'm not sure about that sodium issue...I do agree that adding the soy or other similar stuff is a salt killer. The fish alone, I'm not sure. Of course, some are salt water fish - not sure if that makes a difference? That may have NOTHING to do with it...haha. I am NO fisherman, for sure...so no idea. It's a good thing to find out if anyone else knows!
