I have a question???
Using the points finder , I had 2 ff eggo waffles .
Now there is 1 gr of fiber, 120 calories and no fat.
Do i go across and count it as 3 points or go up to o fat and count it as 1 point. Was confused for some reason.
I rejoined last week and I could not remember I had given my other one to a friend.
By the way , I lost 3.6 this week during weigh in on Tuesday
