The Biggest Loser - Winning by Losing - Thinking of buying Bob's book, "Are you ready?"

Has anyone bought this and started it? What is your review or recap.:?:

Look on page 3 of this forum for those who bought it when it came out. My takeaway was that while it was an interesting read, none of it was new or groundbreaking, and it's kind of all been said before. It was interesting to read how he got his start in the biz though. I would say it's more of an interesting read than a "plan" that I would follow.

Does it have workbook qualities, like a self help book.

I own both Bob's book and Jillian's book and like them both. If I had to pick one though, I'd go for Jill's. Bob however takes a lot more emotional track in his book, so that is cool.
