well after a shocking weekend Sunday i thought it was time for a boost....
so im eating back on plan....
no snacking this week for me....
already seeing the benefits....
am at my pre weekend stall weight....
few more days hard work will hopefully see that figure GOING DOWN....
woop woop....
MOTIVATION, DETERMINATION....

I am with you! Unfortunately my weight crept up a wee bit over the weekend but today i am getting down to serious business. No snacking for me and going to the gym this evening. Im going to make lots of soup today too, yum.

I'm having a strict week also. 174 is my low weight. Last time I made it to 174 I stalled for a month and gave up. I just could not break through it. This time I'm not going to let that number get the best of me. I'm goning to do 75 minutes of cardio three times this week, eat on plan and drink tons of water. If I see 173 next week it will be the happiest moment of my two year battle of the bulge.
