Thanks, Kitty pookynutt 09-10-2008, 03:07 PM I like to either add paul newman's balsamic vinigerette or italian dressing to it. i usually just use store bought premade in the bag. i also like to roast it with salt and pepper and a little evoo. kittycat40 09-10-2008, 03:33 PM ok-- roasting-- good thought! shantroy 09-10-2008, 03:38 PM I like to use it as a filling in wraps and pitas. My two favs are a pita with roasted chicken some broccoli slaw, some grated carrot and a tablespoon of peanut sauce. Also great in fish tacos. suitejudyblueeyes 09-10-2008, 03:48 PM I made a faux pad thai with it once in place of noodles - I mean, it doesn't taste like noodles, just served as a healthier vehicle for pad thai sauce and crumbled peanuts and such :) I used the precut bagged kind as well. Not so much help if you are looking for a coleslaw recipe! kittycat40 09-10-2008, 04:03 PM It is helpful, thank you. I do have to move the veggies. ;) But, I really am looking for a coleslaw recipe :) Glory87 09-10-2008, 04:08 PM I make a fabu Asian wrap with broccoli slaw, a little of Trader Joe's Spicy Asian peanut vinaigrette, mandarin oranges, sliced water chestnuts, a few cashew pieces and a few crunchy wonton salad toppers. I wrap the whole thing up in a Trader Joe's lavash - it's great! Also makes a great salad, if you want to skip the lavash. I usually add a few grape tomatoes and 1/4 cup edamame when it's a salad. Not so much help if you are looking for a coleslaw recipe! Oh my, that sounds so good. Would you mind sharing how you make it? Do you saute the broccoli slaw to cook it? kittycat40 09-10-2008, 05:22 PM I make a fabu Asian wrap with broccoli slaw, a little of Trader Joe's Spicy Asian peanut vinaigrette, mandarin oranges, sliced water chestnuts, a few cashew pieces and a few crunchy wonton salad toppers. (it has some purple cabbage and shredded carrots in it too) ToutDeSuite 09-10-2008, 08:42 PM I make salad something similar to what Glory does but add chicken, and use Litehouse Sesame Ginger dressing. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
