Is there no flour or anything in them?

The recipe is correct as printed. There is no flour - this is South Beach. If you want to know the nutritionals, you can run the recipe though Fitday.

I've made these - I think I might make them again this weekend. They have a heavy/thick consistency with the cream cheese. Not something I'd want all the time, but not bad for something different. Used these for breakfast or dessert.
