Goal! - I lost 80 pounds and reached my goal today!

Im so happy! I have not been at this weight since before I had my daughter when I was 16. That was 15 years ago.:carrot:

Wow 80 lbs is a great accomplishment. Now hold your focus very carefully, don't let up on the exercise. You've just entered a very tough time in this game. I think if you can keep it at this weight for 3 or 4 years you'll have a very good chance to keep it for a lifetime.

I actually wasnt following any diet plan. I just cut back on all the obvious things like fries, butter, cheeseburgers, that kind of thing. I increased my veggie and fruits. I switched to all whole grain foods instead of white, and I limit my processed to foods to a minimum. I decreased my portion sizes and increased my exercise. I work out 2-5 times a week and have developed a love for it!

Thank you! I have to admit maintaining makes me a little nervous, but I have no intention of letting up at this point. As I mentioned above I find myself loving to exercise and actually crave it now. lol
