Today is my 2 year Anniversary! :carrot:
I got up this morning and pondered not working out until I remembered 2 years ago I couldn't get out of bed myself!
I got up and did 7 miles on the Arm Bike.
I couldn't get into the tub, walk down the stairs without being winded get out of a chair without assorted old woman noises and cracks ( I still ahve the cracks!)
I can dance for hours and still walk at the end of the night!
Last year at this time I was smaller I admit that.
However I'm back down 2 and I noticed in the mirror in the ladies room. . .my arm bike is making my back stronger and more toned and my upper abdomen is shrinking in a muscular way!
I can't say that to anyoen but you all!
The last 2 years have been an Amazing Gift! :) Every Day making healthy decisions is an Investment in the next day and Week And Year!
