Unhappy Boy...oh boy!

Well it was my DH's bday weekend and we had an "eat fest" all weekend.

On Saturday I drank, I had italian sausage on a bun, carrot cake, chips and potato salad. Yesterday I had a burger and fries with gravy. I feel gross this morning!
I was so happy to eat my yogurt for breakfast!

We had a really enjoyable weekend, but I have to get back into the whole "self control" thing!

I'm going to a spinning class for the first time tonight....we'll see how that goes! I don't think my a%^ is gonna like it though!

I'm gettin' back on the wagon today let me tell you!

Hey Wifey
Firget the weekend it's done you can't change it - Just start afresh today and look forward. I have failed many times by dwelling on what I had done rather than what I will do. This time is different, my past is just that past and there is no going back so I just move forward one day at a time

Enjoy the spinning class - I have tried them and decided they weren't for me - maybe when I'm 140lb and full of energy will try again!!!

Have a great day

Yep, just time to look forward and move on. You can't change the past so don't let it change your future.

Anytime I flub up I just get back on the wagon and keep rollin'.

Thanks ladies!

One of my friends is the instructor...she says it's hard the first time, but that you gradually get used to it...more like your bum gets used to it!

I'll be sure to let you know!

Boy...oh boy...my first spinning class was really hard! My a%$ hurts today let me tell you! I'm also a little stiff in my shoulders, but that won't deter me from returning to class next Monday! My friend, the instructor, is awesome! It's a side of her I've never seen =) She's very encouraging. I had a hard time lifting my butt off the seat to push myself up the "hills." She gave me some pointers on posture and positions...so hopefully I can do better next time!

Yeah, I've heard they're hard to do. I'd love to try a class sometime.
