Default Back to class and dreading it!!

I am going back to my slimming class tomorrow, have not been for 2 weeks following 2 large gains but have decided that if I don't force myself back then I will never go! I have put on loads and feel tired and grumpy and my skin hair is awful due to poor diet, so hopefully this time next week will feel better!!

Ant tips for getting back on track greatly appreciated!!!

Pick one or two key changes related to your eating plan and focus on them. Do your best to do them regularly. Then add something else.

being therewill be the biggest step can take, being around people who are loosing will give u the mental push u need to to stay on track, it will be hard to face the music, but the best thing for you :-) good luck x

Well done!

I have a 2 week dinner menu that I rotate. It includes things I've batch cooked like chilli, quick to prepare store cupboard meals and low point ready meals for when things don't go to plan.

That has really helped me get back on track. I also do internet shops so there is no excuse for a bare fridge!

Good luck & let us know how you get on next week

Lou
