Just wasn't sure about these and wanted to check with my "support crew" before I did!

The ingredients listed are Whole grain wheat flour, wheat flour, malted barley flour, salt, dried yeast, soy lecithin. And then just vitamins and minerals...

Looks okay to me but U don't know

have you measured 30g of grape nuts? will that fill you up?

I LOVE grapenuts but they are not enough to fill me.

also what's the fiber and sugar count on them?

I got lots of great advice from the ladies. I have stayed away from them. I love them, but I'm afraid I will overdo.

I never ate it as a bowl of cereal meant to fill me up. I always just used a bit for crunch.

Maybe I am an oddball but a serving of grapenuts will fill me up at least a few hours till I get my snack before lunch- usually a string cheese...
