Well boo hiss, I started the month with a gain. I get weighed THursday at TOPS. It is my own darn fault and now surprise. I got caught up into getting ready to go back to work, cleaning the house, shopping etc. and although I didn't eat badly, I didn't workout very much and I sure drank too much over the holiday weekend. But fiddledeedee...tomorrow is another day!;)

Down 1.4 at the end of my first full week attempting to stay back on plan. I wasn't perfect, but I did a lot better than I had been. Seeing a loss is a positive thing, hopefully I can turn it into motivation for the next week!

I am still holding steady, no gain no loss.. a little frustrating, I am eating well, and exercising 6 days a week. I don't really get it. :?:

Ugh, no change, not even to shake the two I (somehow) was up last week.
I've been waiting until my foot felt better -- okay, honestly, I've been stalling -- but I guess I really do need to get back to the gym. The bike should be fine on my foot.

Down two for the week...but most importantly the second pound was my first "old" pound...I've lost the two regained pounds and they've taken a friend with them! Hurrah! I'm at 221...starting my trek to my second minigoal.

Well, I was down 5 :woohoo: but now I'm up one but that's not bad considering I've been sick, haven't exercised and didn't eat the best the last couple of days with all the stress. :cool: So, I'm not going to get all upset. A 4lb loss is great!

2 lbs loss. I've not been totally on plan or working out! I did go shopping so I have no reason not to eat off plan. Geez I just need a really hard kick in the butt to get my bum working out. I mean a really good workout where I actually sweat! Not just window shopping walks. Which are better than nothing but for me to take off lbs I need to work it.

are these days off a bit? i thought it went from sunday to sunday? anywho...I finally got my scale unpacked and it's been about 3 weeks since I weighed myself. Weighed in at 220.2 which is about the same as I was 3 weeks ago. Boo on that. But I haven't had time with unpacking to work out and I have not been eating the best either. Starting now, it's gonna change....gotta get the scale moving again! :carrot:
