What sort of food are you looking for? The labels are not that different, apart from the Kcal bit really. Are you following a cal count, points?
Remember, over there, they'll be loads of fresh veggies to buy and they shouldn't be too expensive, especially from the local market where you're staying.

And also remember, you'll be walking a lot as well...us lot from that side of the pond, LOVE to walk.... everywhere....even with big heavy bags of shopping from Tesco's or Sainsbury's, very good for toning the arms.
