Cindy karen0117 09-05-2008, 12:09 AM 35 minutes of indoor walking Thursday. ledom 09-05-2008, 10:40 AM So in an effort to feel better about myself I actually exercised yesterday. 30 min. a.m. yoga video and I stopped at the Y on the home from work last night for 20 min each of recumbent bike, elliptical, and laps in the pool. The time isn't going to work because the pool was so busy that time of day but I feel I broke through getting back over there for some cardio. BfL_Cat 09-05-2008, 01:19 PM Yay Ledom! Sounds like you did a mini-triathalon! Good for you - and I'm sure those endorphins did make you feel better - am I right? I did my upper body workout this morning - pushed my weights up a notch on everything so that I could not finish all my reps. I've been doing BFL for 4 weeks now, so it's time to kick up the intensity. Just call me Emeril! Cindy karen0117 09-10-2008, 07:45 PM No exercise yesterday, but today did good 30 minute outdoor walk & YOU workout Strength training has been spotty last 10 days so I felt a little rusty. Couldn't do as many crunches. It is so easy to get out of the exercise habit for me, it's scary. BfL_Cat 09-11-2008, 10:09 PM Today I used a new piece of equipment - an Arc trainer. It's like a heavy-duty Tony Little Gazelle! Anyway, I did 1/2 hour on it. Much higher heartbeat than the past few weeks - I was wiped out by the end of it. I'm thinking I'll be sore tomorrow! This seems to be working for me. Right after work the place is packed and I can't get to what I want and early morning eludes me these days. I do hope to start putting about 30 minutes on the weights here at home. It hasn't happened yet, but I keep thinking about it! I was never an evening exerciser, but for some reason now it seems to be working for me. monique200 09-19-2008, 09:25 PM OK, I am looking for some support ..i am trying to turn a new leaf as of today! well i guess i can start tomorrow...would any one like to start with me..i was thinking about doing the bob greene diet, but i cant find anyone to start with me....how about someone starting the you on a diet with me...i have the book. karen0117 09-21-2008, 06:02 PM Did 30 minute walk on Saturday. BfL_Cat 09-22-2008, 01:13 PM I had the flu this weekend, so no exercise to report :( karen0117 09-25-2008, 01:34 AM 30 minutes of walking, some upper body exercises on Wednesday monique200 09-26-2008, 12:39 PM I am happy to report i have walked 30 minutes everyday since monday the 22nd os september, yesterday i walked an extra 3o min at 6pm with my kids and their friends.:cool: However i am unhappy to report that my husband has been out of town since monday and my night cravings have come back!:?: any suggestions? i know the u turn...but every night i feel hungry because i cant sleep! BfL_Cat 09-26-2008, 05:48 PM Monique - try having a glass of milk or something easy to digest like that before going to bed. I often have to do that as I can't sleep when I'm hungry either!
