What I mean is that if you don't want to do bars at all then the COD moves you up a plan so since I am on plan 2 , I would move up to plan 3 but disregard the ll part.

I am on Plan 3 w/o lites and I find it easy to follow. I definately have enough food. I have taken off about 2 pounds a week. I don't want to change my plan however I am thinking of doing the take off plan again for next weekend just to give me another push!!!!
