Default So very confused...

I started induction on August 15th and did it completely by the book. I plan to stay in this Phase one for about 2 months maybe 3, but I noticed that after the first initial swoosh of weight loss it slowed considerably. Basically halted all together. So I was getting pretty upset and well two nights ago we had my grandparents over and my mom made a pinapple upsidown cake and nectarine fizzes. I had a very small piece of cake with a small scoop of icecream and about a cup of nectarine fizz, the next morning I wake up and my scale reads 3lbs LIGHTER!! And has been steadily changing since. Im confused , why did I lose weight instead of gain? Also my ketone strips have gone darker than usual. Am I a freak? LOL. If anyone has any idea whats going on the info would be very much apprieciated.

It's possible you weren't eating enough and stalled a bit. Maybe try increasing your fat and protein intake some to maintain the weight loss?
