We went to a birthday party today and I didn't eat the cake, chips or ice cream, very proud of myself. That is all that's new here, working hard to meet my webwalking goal it's a big one this week, but I'm determined.
Wow a new chat and I never fully made it through the last one!! What a chatty bunch! I'm definitely looking forward to this 3 day weekend.

Hey everyone! I've been rather MIA as of late both around 3FC and Plurk so I figured I'd pop on and give a quick update.
I'm alive and well and getting back to real life this week. The past few weeks have been a huge transition for me since I've been on recovery from my race, my running buddy moved, and I haven't been near the scale in three weeks. My eating is hit and miss but it's nowhere near as unhealthy or unconscious as it was last year at this time. I've also had some health issues going on (two migraines and a pretty good head cold in the same week) and I've been doing some work with my naturopathic doctor to get my immune and adrenal systems functioning properly.
I can't believe the next challenge is almost upon us already!

This is the first challenge that I have taken an active part in. I'm a big lurker. I love BL and can't wait for it to start again. When does our challenge start? I am so excited!!! My daughter's wedding is in Nov. so I have lots of motivation.
I'm with you. My DBF and I picked a date for the wedding - OCTOBER 4TH!!! AHH!! That's like 5 WEEKS AWAY!!! So the first few weeks of this challenge are VITAL! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to drop #10 By then!
The last 2 weeks were not on plan. Today Sept 1 recommitment begins! I have 6 weeks to the wedding and I had a goal of 60 lbs gone. Have succeeded with 35 lbs. I will be pleased if I can get 12-15 more gone. But that will be a high end goal...satisfied with 10.
Sounds like weddings are in the air!!!! My daughter is planning an early spring wedding (no date set yet). When my son got married in dec last year I was so miserable and fat!! Everone told me how beautiful I looked but i was so miserable and made my mind up to get this weight off before my daughters marry.After losing good for months i really slacked off the past month or so..time for a recommitment from me as well!! I have slacked on exercise so bad and i know eating right alone is not going to get me losing again. So today i will exericse and tommorow and so on!! hugs to all!!
