I couldn't find a strand for this week's weight reports so I am starting one..I hope that is okay!:?:
I lost two pounds this week. That makes a total of 5 3/4 pounds for August :D I am thinking my goal of 220.5 by my birthday on Nov. 6, 2008 is actually possible! I am very stoked....I just might make my "fifty by fifty" (pounds by birthday)!!!
I hope everyone else had a good week and I would like to see total results for August if people want to share.:carrot:

My weigh ins are on monday. so on Monday I weighed 244. I've lost 10% of my starting weight now! 271 to 244 :) .

I went from 294 to 289, a drop of five pounds. It's early in the plan, though, so I expect a few rapid drop weeks... then I tend to level off, get discouraged, go back to old habits, and gain it back.
Here's to finally getting to slow and steady.

I have been struggling for months to try to get back on track. I have been on plan for 3 days and am hoping I can stay that way.
My weight is 265.2 which is exactly what it was the last time I weighed in on June 29... At least I haven't gained even more I suppose.

WEEKLY Weighin --I weigh in on Wend -- 206.8 down to 201.4 YEAH !! I am so hoping that next week I break the 200 pound point-- I am committed this week to making it happen--

I'm down 1.6 lb which feels like nothing compared to the great losses I had last year but is still good.

This is the first time I've posted on this particular thread, so I will tell you that today I registered a "24 total pounds down" number. I expect it to do that 23-24-23-24-23-24 lb bounce for a few days, but I still feel good about it.
Last place I had that bounce was at 18-19-18-19-18 then all of a sudden hit 20 and stuck there for a few days and then ticked off a pound a day until I stuck at 23 lbs. for about a week.
Probably too much information, but it is interesting to realize a pattern in your particular style of losing, I guess!

I have lost 1lb this week the losses are now slow the nearer I get to my goal weight but I am pleased to see the scales go down
After spending most of July on a plateau...I lost 13.5 lbs for the month of August!!!!

Started 8/8 and have lost 20 pounds so far! (that's almost a pound a day, that's crazy)
I'm down a surprising 4.6 pounds this week. Evens me out for last week, where I ended up gaining 0.9 despite staying OP.

WTG everyone! I haven't been exactly vigilant this week what with getting ready for school to open and trying to cram in the last few days of summer and long weekend parties. But will be back on the plan soon.:D

I hopped on the scale and its still holding steady. Neither good nor bad, so yah! Gotta step up my game a little!

I'm up two, which is ugh, but really quite puzzling also. I suspect that it may be related to experimenting with halving my dosage of metformin (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150266) (with my doctor's approval). I've gone back to the original dosage. I hope it has to do with that, because I had really not strayed off plan at all this week.

I lost 3.6 lbs. this week for a total of 20.4 lbs. in 7 weeks.

I'm not exactly sure how much weight I lost this week as I haven't been keeping track on a week by week basis. I guess I probably should do that!
But, I do know that I lost at least 2.5 pounds (I'm going by what I jotted down on an old envelope) and I am officially 215 pounds! It is a big deal for me because I reached my 3rd mini-goal and I am now working on my 4th one!
Great work everyone, keep going!

I dropped 1.8 this week bringing me down to 256. I also basically said *&*%* to Weight Watchers and began just taking control of my own portions and fat intake. The counting got soooo tedious. It was making me tired. That reminds me... i have to update my tracker. lol.

I was down half a pound since last week on Friday. 4 more pounds till I hit the next "mini-goal", and I'm hoping to see that by the end of September.

I'm actually trying to not weigh in that often, but since it was the start of a month, I decided to...and I'm down to 240!! I'm very excited!!

Hi --I weighed in Today- Wend -- I am down 1.4 still unable to break the 200 lb point -- I am now at 200.02
I keep trying to stay on plan and hopefully will break this point soon--

I'm down 2.8 from last week! Yay!
Although TOM hit and my brothers wanted Taco Bell and I couldn't resist. I haven't had fast food in over two months -- until today. Boo.
