I'm in the process of moving.... It's been a busy few weeks and past month...

I thought my treadmill would be moved here, but it was too heavy for the movers so it is in storage.

Since my brother moved out, I have been helping my Dad move (my Mom has trouble with her legs), not so much heavy furniture, but boxes, tables, going up and down the stairs several times, loading the car, etc....

The other night he said to me, look, the key is, reduce your intake, increase your activity... If you move around after meals instead of sitting chatting online, you will burn off your dinner... It's that easy....

Of course I knew that,lol....

Sure enough, after of helping him move, I have lost weight. From Aug 12 (I was 182), I am now 176. Wohoo :) I would love to get out of the 170s....

Welcome and good luck! You have made a good start. Do you have a diet and exercise plan ?
