I am down 3lbs, and I moved to hour workouts! I am really surprised that I didn't lose more since I barely started and I am eating right and exercising. Not complaining, I am just saying at the beginning you can lose 20 lbs quickly then it slows down... I keep telling myself I am building muscle... lol Or this time I am going to really have to work hard for it!

I lost 3 lbs this week. The best on track week I have had in a few months.

Ah, last week I had hoped to drop another pound, but thanks to TOM that didn't happen. I'm shooting for 207 this week...I weigh in Thursday. Yikes!

After my fist week of dieting Ive lost 3lbs! That makes a happy start for me cant wait for the next weigh in. :cool:

Dee, I've always done best on my diet when dh was TDY for extended periods. Make this time your own, to move toward your goals. It will help the time pass more quickly and you can enjoy showing off when he gets back, lol.

Down 4.4 from last week.

I'm down 1.8 this week, though that is really two weeks' worth of loss, thanks to TOM last week. Not as good as it could have been, but I'll take it!

I too went on an overeating hiatus for a couple months... I had lost almost 50 a few months ago, gained back quite a bit. Weigh in today was 270.2--- down 33 pounds from the start, but nowhere near the almost 50 I was at before!!!

So it starts NOW. If I lose 2 pounds a week, I can be at 230 for New Years... that's a good weight... and attainable... now I just gotta DO IT!

Congrats to everyone!! Its been a little over 2 weeks since I'm back on track - and I finally saw the scale move down! I lost 2.8 of the 6.6 I had gained. And I'm less than 20 lbs away from my first mini goal. If I work hard - I know I can do it by the end of the year!!!

Yay for everyone's success! Thursday is weigh-in day for me and my mom. She stepped on the scale...not so good. I stepped on the scale and I'm down 2.2lbs! That's the most it's been in a couple weeks! My mom used to be my motivation and today she said that I was her's!

Off to change my ticker...

Hey everyone,

I'm up .6 lbs this week. I don't know if it's because I dropped so much last week, or TOM... I'm okay with it, kinda. I would have liked to have seen more movement. I'm pretty sure it's just water or bloat.

Anyhow, that brings me to 264.4.

Everyone is doing great! I'm new to this site and have a lot of weight to lose. I have started eating healthy 3 weeks ago and I am down 12.5 lbs. My dad had a massive heart attack--he survived--but it shocked me into reality.
I love all the encouragement from this site! I'm still learning how to post.

Yay! We have weigh ins! I've been needing something like this, the accountability and encouragement.

I started my weightloss plan anew a couple of months ago after reaching my highest weight ever at 276. I was down to about 262 when I went on vacation and regained a smidge, but took it right back off again. Then I sprained my knee and spent a month laying down. Woosh! Up it went again to 270!

So, this is my first official weigh in since that. Day before yesterday I got on the scale and was down to 264.4 (Yes, my mom's scale does 10ths of a pound!)

...My mom used to be my motivation and today she said that I was her's!

Thats fantastic, Foxxy! You and your mom have both been an encouragement to me. I'm also sharing this journey with my mother and her sister.

First let me say, I love hanging out with such a bunch of losers!:D

I lost 1.5 this week, weighed at my weeks TOPS meeting. It was a four week in a row loss for me, and I was high loser for second week in a row:carrot:

That puts me at 14 pounds to my goal of having lost 50 pounds by my fiftieth birthday on November 6! But time is flying!

Congratulations to all of you who lost or maintained this week.
For me....I went up 2 lbs. I don't really know why....maybe too much sodium
but to tell you the truth I'm ok with it.
I know I am doing the right things, eating on plan, excercising 1 hour 4-5 days a week (2 of them with a personal trainer). I feel FANTASTIC and my
clothes are definitely fitting looser so I know the scale will follow suit.

I'm a newbie to 3FC. I restarted my healthful living journey recently and my first weighin (11 days since restart) nets me a 6 lbs loss! Woo Hoo!

OK, update. I bought a new scale today. So now my adjusted loss is 2.6. I'm still happy with that. Probably my starting weight was higher too. But no worries. I'm glad my scale wasn't further off as I feared it may be!

Yea!! I also lost around 4 lbs in the last week. But my official weigh in is on Monday - but I just couldn't resist to change my ticker. I am so excited!!

I'm down one, I think. Today I was at 207.4, but yesterday I was at 206.8. Since today's my official WI, I'm calling it 207 and declaring myself down one. Grrr, scales.

I'm up 0.9 this week. I didn't do any celebrating with food, just stuck to my plan. Not fazed though, it happens, I still have my lovely 1 in front on the scale so I'm super happy. This week will go better.

Down to 239 this week! That's a 6lb loss in this last week. Is that normal? To fluctuate between losing a pound or two a week to losing six? I haven't done anything different either. My mom says I should stop worrying and enjoy it, but I can't help but think the scale might be deceiving me...

I lost 2.5 lbs this week and I am sooo thrilled because I can FINALLY say good bye to the 190s forever. I have been stuck in the 190s all summer. Gained some, lost some, gain some more. Up and down. But I got serious in August and finally made it!
