Default Anyone on Plan 4 w/o lites?

Hi,

I have started lawl last week on Plan 4 and was wondering who else is on that plan and how is it going for them.

I started on 12th Aug, so will be on plan for 10 days tomorrow. I haven't really lost anything yet. I am following the plan completely, but I think my body is getting used to this way of eating and if I continue to follow the plan, the weight will come off. I am also thinking about starting exercising from this week.

So, if there are any members here on plan 4, I would love to hear from you
Have a POP day everyone

I am not allowed to use tickers yet, so I will just write my numbers here.

I am on plan 4- no lites.

I have lost almost 20 lbs since I started July 14th.
Did you do a take off to start? I found that really helped boost my metabolism.

Goodluck!

Thanks for replying Jess, yes I did the take off. Its end of 2 weeks for me today. Not really seeing much difference, but I am just thinking I will stick to it and hopefully will see results soon.

They told me to have most of my allowed food earlier in the day so that I dont have too much in the evening. So will try that from tomorrow, also they said I should aim for more animal proteins and less vegetable proteins, so will do that too

Congratulations on your 20 lbs loss,,thats excellent,,I hope I can say that soon !

I started in week 2 finishing all my fruits & starches by 3pm. Starches ( fruit&breads) are the hardest foods for your body to digest so I gave myself more time to digest it before I went to bed. It has worked significantly. I felt it hard at first because I like most people, like a starch in the evening. But it has gotten easier with time

I am also on the no lites, I have been on for 9 days, and as of yesterday I had lost 8 pounds! I haven't been sticking to it 100% either. Have you tried exercise along with the program. I also found that sometimes I wasn't eating enough, and ate more lost more! You will get there!
