It's my birthday tomorrow! I already know tomorrow wont be a good eating day. We celebrate big at work-so cake and my whole department will be eating out together-Mexican. Then family dinner. I'm going to need to add extra work outs in this weekend to make up for it! But I am so looking forward to it!

Happy Birthday! And even though you'll be celebrating (and celebrating=massive amounts of food) just remember it's just one day, and as long as you immediately go back OP, you'll be just fine!

MY BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW TOO! Its not going to be a pretty diet day for me neither... especially since its my 21st! I already plan on detoxing over the weekend and getting in some extra workouts.

Thanks everyone! Even though my splurge happened I still lost a pound this week! (weighed in this morning)
