Oy, why is it sunny on tuesday and rainy on saturday????

breakfast:
a bad bit of breadstick 2
yoghurt 2
allbran 1
jam .5

lunch:
spag squash
turkey tomato sauce 4
cheese
mixed wild greens
salad dressing
carrots

snack
bad easter candy if dp cooperated :) 4

dinner:
peppers, feta and meatless meatballs 4
couscous 1.5
these really good japanese chip thingies 4

exercise:
1.5 hour yoga, 50 min elliptical

That's how our whole February was! Too bad we can't fool Mother Nature into thinking it's not a weekend...

Breakfast:
whole wheat pancakes, raspberries
Snack:
apple
Lunch:
Boca burger, ww soup, leftover pasta
Snack:
Blue bunny, grape tomatoes
Dinner:
1 Pearl lite
salad, 2 oz lean smoked lamb, spinach couscous, broccoli, lowfat muffin

Points: 25
Exercise: 2.5 miles walk/jog
