For one reason or another, the scale isn't reflecting it, though. :P

I have ONE belt. I hate belts, but it became necessary when my pants got too baggy. So...when I bought it, I used Loop #2. Now...I'm on Loop #6 (and it's still a little loose).

I tried Loop #4 the other day, and my pants literally fell off my hips. Another shopping trip is in order soon.

I love the belt method! I moved out almost a year ago, so some are still at my parents'..but I can't wait to go home and get them and see if they fit again!

Congratulations!

Sometimes the old "Metal Monster" doesn't always reflect our weight loss progress. I'm slow on the scale as well but I'm definitely losing inches. My clothes are starting to fall off. I'm also able to wear things in my closet I haven't been able to fit in eons.
