Core portion control
Hello, everyone. I've got a Core question, mostly for those of you who've been doing Core for a while...
I find I'm really struggling with portion control. I know about rest and assess, and that we're supposed to eat only til satisfied, as opposed to full, but my portions keep creeping upward, and I end up just maintaining, or sometimes even gaining, even when I'm sticking to Core foods. (After all, a calorie is still a calorie, and overeating is still overeating, Core or not!)
So my question is, do most of you still count points even though you're on Core, or do you actually learn to be satisfied with the right size portions without measuring?
