General Diet Plans and Questions - Sugar Busters Works For Me!!

Hi to all,
I happened to find this forum by mistake! Anyway I am on the diet called Sugar Busters. It is wonderful! And so easy the weight will fall off fast! It's absolutely the best diet I've ever been on.

Well I've tried everything else, so what's the scoop on this diet. I've heard of it but really don't know anything about how it works.
