New day - new start!!

No exercise. Had a hard enough time getting up for work and I have lots of errands to do tonite. My body is still on West Coast time.:dizzy: I promise I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning.

**cannot do weights - dr said no lifting until I get the stitches out.

** I really like the little cups of jello & pudding - it makes it so convenient. Sometimes I make sf jello, but haven't been eating it lately. Think I'll buy some more of these cups for a nice snack.

Rabbit, I wouldn't call myself that this week. Today I was almost falling asleep on the exercise bike. :D I'm physically at the gym but not mentally.
