I don't see the weekly weigh in anywhere for this week? I've looked everywhere...but can't find it.

So, for those of you that don't know me, I'm back after a hiatus of overeating and not sticking with my program. I originally lost almost 22 lbs. back in March and gained almost all the weight since the last time I was here. So as of last thursday I am down from 271 to 263.8lbs.

7.2 Lbs Lost!!

I feel less bloated, on track, focused and determined. Hope this provides some inspiration to newbies and those of us who got off track and are trying *again* to stick with it.

I normally don't weigh often, but I signed up for a program with a local health club and I'll be weighing in weekly along with receiving some guidence. Sooo, I'm starting anew TODAY!

Congrats on your awesome loss, Ginger! I didn't even think of starting the thread for this week.:dizzy:

I was down 1.6 pounds for Monday's weigh-in.

I am up to 248.4 after my binge yesterday and today. I am ready to be back to under 245. We are Fierce Girls!:carrot:

My weigh in was today! I was down 1.8lbs. I can't wait until I'm solidly in the 240's instead of hovering between 240's and 250's!

I'm pretty new here, but meeting LOTS of new people, and LOVING it!

So my weigh in was this morning, and I was SO excited to see that this week, I've lost another 1.5 pounds! Yay! That's a total of 7.5 pounds in two weeks! Hopefully, I'll level out and keep a steady 1.5 - 2.0 weekly weightloss. (Although, that 6.0 was REALLY nice to see. LOL)

Hey Girls! First weigh in today and I am down 5 pounds...woot! woot! :carrot: I will admit I needed to see the scale move down some as I haven't cheated at all this past week.

I think I mentioned that last Thursday I went back to Weight Watchers. I had a good first week and am really enjoying the plan.

I lost 4.8 this week!!

Congrats everyone on the losses! I stayed the same this week. We were out of town over the weekend so I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I was really good. I even got my exercise in. Oh well, just gotta keep going!

I weigh myself every two weeks...but i got on the scale this morning and i was dont 2lbs from my last weigh in on the 9th. My next "official" weigh in is on the 23rd. I hope i keep this up.

I was down 0.75 this week but considering three lunches out, one barbecue, and I decided this was my week for my once a year chips from the chip truck..I am happy with that!:)

So... after almost a year of lurking and occasional posting, but no real progress, rather than upwards on the scale, I'm back with a vengeance. My dnm (dear navy man) is deployed for the first time in almost 4 years, and man is it rough, but I'm determined to get myself together while he is gone. I'm no longer in the keys, despite my name.. the kids and I have moved to my hometown until hubby gets back next June. So... here we go.. my first official weigh-in since the crazy day two weeks ago when I realized how much I had gained while I was slacking..

start weight 295 (this time)

today's weight 284 woohoo... yay.

Thanks for helping me to get remotivated.. someone please send me a boot in the email if you find I'm not posting much and not weighing in.. it will be much appreciated.

Dee... no longer in the keys, lol.

Guess what?

Down 3.5 pounds!

I know I've sort of lost a lot of weight already, but THIS is a first important big old milestone for me...
No more 2 in front! Yay! That's what I looked forward to as my first milestone since January 1st, what I knew would be my sweetest first reward!
Imma go buy myself some boxing gloves and a punching bag as a reward today!

I just want to say congrats to everyone posting such great weigh losses or maintaining...go ladies!!!!!

Sunday is my "official" weigh-in day. I finally started my New Year's diet (New Year, 1992 ;)) last Sunday.

After a full week of eating only healthy foods (the first full healthy-food week in years!), I lost six pounds.
