Hi everyone I just stumbled upon this forum today and I have been reading ever since!

What a motivating group of people, I have had weight issues since I don't know when. I have tried every diet known to man I think. At one point I lost 50lbs and have since gained it all back and then some. Over the years I have exercised and dieted but never at the same time. I have been exercising regularly for about 4 months now, on Thursday I am going to a WW meeting. I have about 100 lbs to lose, I hope I am as successful as all of you.

Hi Karlan! And welcome! Congrats on exercising regularly for the last 4 months! And good luck with the WW meeting. Staying on plan and exercising are going to yield great results for you. You will get lots of support here.

Way to go on excercising it seems like you are now taking your second and third steps (joining 3fc and WW). Wish you all the best in your journey. Just remember you can do it and that you are in control!

I wish you much success. I have heard great things about Weight Watchers. I had a friend who did weight watchers and she lost about fifty pounds and has kept if off. I have not seen her in about a year, she was a former co-worker, but she didn't gain it back over the five years I worked with her.
