I was wondering if anyone has tried this tea. I usually steer clear of gimmicky stuff, but was wondering if this is a helpful aid. I go in phases of drinking tea. Right now I am in my coffee phase.

Weight loss hype, but otherwise good for you :)

If you drink 4 cups per day, every day without fail, you might lose up to 8 pounds in the course of one year. This is based on the one published study on tea and weight loss.

However, it's loaded with antioxidants and very good for you :)

Btw, you do not need to buy the expensive WuYi for Weight Loss tea. It's just regular oolong which is very affordable, without the expensive marketing campaign behind it :) I love Adagio brand, it's fresh and good quality, and very affordable.

There've been quite a few threads on this forum about it already

How did you do your search?

When I put "wu-yi-oolong-tea" into the SEARCH function On the main navigation bar at the top of every forum, I got back four pages of thread in which the topic has been mentioned including yours and two others today alone.

I thought it taste good, I used with my regular diet and in general I think drinking something hot helps since it feels good in your stomach. But I would definitley go for the cheaper version =]

Thanks, Suzanne, Angeleyez, and JillNicole. I appreciate your responses on my thread. I think I might just stick to green tea. It doesn't seem to be a miracle or anything from what you three said.
