I just need to keep myself motivated and honest. I started a 12 week program yesterday and I am going to add in each day I successfully finish. I *need* to publicly post this so I feel less like slacking off.
Cat~slacking is not allowed! How is it going? You sticking with the running? I kind of quit a few months back but am starting back up again and I just joined the gym. Best of luck with your new "plan"!!
Oh girl I fell off the running wagon a while ago. Two weeks ago I ran for the first time in a month and I made it a mile LOL. Did that two more times, and now I am doing an interval running plan for the 12 weeks so it won't be more than a mile or two for this then I will add in more mileage when I am stronger.
Meant to add I am doing the 12 week Body for Life challenge, so when I am done I will be posting pics! Be prepared to be scared (at least in the before pics).

All right then!!! Way to go!!! You've done 4 days, no reason you can't do a fifth. And then a sixth. Time flies, one way or the other. Might as well spend it wisely. One day at a time and before you know it that 80 days will be in the bag.
