hey after i work out i am spent! all of my muscles feel like jelly and i kinda want to blow chunks. is this normal. i am gonna keep at it but i am going on my lunch break and then going back to work and it makes me feel like crapola. i had 45 grams of protein only before i went to work out, then at lunch, 25grams of protein when i got back. feeling better now, but it has been 2 hrs. thanks for all your help.
might need just a wee bit of carbs before hand...I have that same problem if I just eat protein...a banana helps...I had GB though, not sure it's on your band diet...maybe some form of carb that would work for you? wouldn't have to be much I'm thinking.
