Does it Work? - PGX Daily

I was at the health food store today and looked at these. Came home and researched it a bit. Anyone tried these?

I bought some at Costco awhile back -mainly for my husband because he has type 2 diabetes that he is trying to manage with diet. The concept behind it is good. I have made him take them but he never gets around to measuring his blood glucose levels. Drives me insane!!! Anyway I did take them myself for a couple of days- they definitely suppressed my appetite, did not help with constipation (which is why I took them). I only took two with my meals- it did recommend getting up to 3-6/meal which seems like a lot.
