Hi. My name is Bonnie.
I am losing weight.
To help me on this mission I started writing a diary. I began a diary on 25th July.
Tomorrow will be my second weigh in. I have 136 lbs to lose. Last week I lost 6lbs, so now I have 130lbs to lose!
I found the 3 fat chick site earlier today and I am really impressed, you are all just what I am looking for!
I hope that my dairy will help you as much as me, and visa versa.
All will be explained in the diary, I just wanted to give you a little taste of whats to come, hmm, maybe thats a bad phrase for a diet blog!
I look forward to speaking with you all!
Bonnie

I am glad you've come back, you can keep telling me what i feels like to be a size 12 and my envy will push me on! LOL

WW- although I'm skipping it today- I've got TOM bloat and think that a "gain" would put me off completely this week

Bonnie
Welcome
Everyone here is on the same journey. A journey to a more healthy and thinner body.

You will find encouragement, advice, questions and laughter here. We don't just talk about weight, oh nooooooo we talk about our kids ( form of entertainment ), our mates ( another form of entertainment ), our good days and our bad days.

You stick around and let us know how you are doing and someday I will tell you about the time my son tied my daughter to a tree in the front yard and put a free sign on her lol.
