I am trying to follow the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet, where you try to keep your insulin levels down and I was wondering if anyone knew if Chromium Picolinate causes your blood sugar levels to rise? In other words, can you take Chromium Pic. on this diet? Chrome Pic. is suppossed to help with sugar cravings, but does it cause your blood sugar to rise? Which I don't think you should do on the CAD diet. Help, if you can! I hope this makes sense! :?: Thanks alot and thanks for this great web-site!!
