I've been dieting for 6 years and managed to lose 7 pounds. At least those are the ones that stayed gone. I'm a mother of two and I don't take time for myself. So while the kids eat healthily and go to dance and karate, I'm scarfing a power bar in the car while I'm driving them around. I've tried numerous diets. They all work as long as I stick to them religiously. Unfortunately my schedule frequently gets hectic and I lose my religion so to speak.

I'm looking for support and planning to roll my own diet and exercise plan.

Welcome! You can do it! I am dieting AGAIN myself starting today. I too have a busy schedule sometimes, which is why I am looking into meal replacement shakes to substitute two of my meals a day. Not sure if it will work, but I am going to almost make sure it does! Good luck and nice to meet you! :)

Losing my Religion....wasn't that a song by REM! hee hee

Good for you for wanting to try something new. I've been on many a diet plan through my life and have found doing my own thing to be the best solution for me.

Best of luck to you....
