South Beach Diet - How much sugar is low in sugar? (re:cereals)

Me again :dizzy:

I am going to start phase 2 on Monday and am dying to eat something besides eggs for breakfast! I read that cereals should be high in fibre and low in sugar. There was a recommended # for fibre grams but not a cap for sugar... how many grams of sugar would be considered "low in sugar"?

Sorry for all the questions!
Andrea

Andrea, you may find this sticky helpful for breakfast alternatives besides eggs, too.
