look what i found: bad news, sorry to break it to you...looks like we now have to exercise 60 mins a day not 30. :(

Well, I guess I'll be starting my exercise back up tomorrow.
I agree that an hour or more of exercise is great for weight loss. I have heard the american association of something or another recommends 60-90 minutes a day!
