The Biggest Loser - Winning by Losing - 30 Day Shred and Making the Cut.

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I have recently started Making the Cut, but I also have the 30 day Shred DVD at home. I am curious has anyone done both programs together? Can it be done? Is it counter productive? Has anyone done it and had such good results that they would reccomend it. I would love any input anyone could give.

I just did Level 1 today. It was easier than I thought it would be.
I have a copy - with no introduction - how often do we do each level ?- I'm guessing - 10 days each.

I'm not sure why you would need more after doing what the book prescribes...but hey more power to ya. :)
The only suggestion I would have is keep front day with front day and back day with back day. Recovery time for your muscles after a workout is very important.
