Default New to 30 Somethings!
Hi 30-Somethings!

I just turned 30 this past november and can already tell that 30 changes everything about your body!!! I am currently at 198, I am 5ft 2in. I am also a newlywed (4/26/08) and my hubby is very supportive emotionally, very encouraging for the most part but does not have any desire to change his own unhealthy eating habits so that creates a bit of a challenge. We are hoping to start a family soon so I am trying to concentrate on getting healthy for pregnancy and for myself.

Looking for chicks with similar stats and goals to share tips and encouragement!

Welcome Carolinagirl!! I am about 198 and 5 foot 2 so I am right there w/you on stats!! It's kind of neat to hear from someone else who is in the same boat. Congrats on your marriage. It's a great idea to get healthy before starting a family. Hope to see you around here! Rikki
