Hi all :
I am new to this board. I am currently 47 years old. Doing WW with great success. Of course I do need to mention that this is about my 17th time joining them over the last 25 year struggle with my ED and weight.

I no longer binge. I finally met my Waterloo as they say. My last binge turned out to be so horrific for me, that I was doubled over in pain, in a cold sweat and the feeling of my ribs cracking and a hot poker in my stomach.

It was right then and there that I determined that no matter what this would be my last binge, and I kept to that. I have quite a bit of weight to go until I reach my first goal of 135, then I will see if I want to go any further or stay right there.

I am glad to be amongst you all, and hope to meet some really great folks here to give and receive support on our fitness goals.

Thank you for the warm welcome, I like this board, I am going to stick around here. So nice to be welcomed in, sadly have not found that with another board.
