Breakfast
Cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes (1)
cherry berry jam
1 1/2 c. ff milk (1 and 1/2)

Sipped on another 16 oz water (3 & 4)


Snack
Apple(1)


Lunch
Homemade Vegetable beef barley soup(2 & 3)
16 oz water(5 & 6)

Snack
strawberries & cherries(4)
ff/sf chocolate pudding(to dip my fruit in..yummy) (1/2)

another 16 ounces water(7 & 8)

Dinner
beer can chicken(used water & lemon thyme in one, and water & sweet onion in the other)
1/2 sweet potato w/ff margarine & brown sugar twin (5)
corn on cob w/spray butter (6)
carrot cake muffin(made w/applesauce instead of oil)(2)
diet 7-up

Snack
94% ff mini bag of popcorn
2 tsp canola oil(2)

COTTAGE CHEESE OATMEAL PANCAKES
This one is really delicious

2-3 beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
2-3 packs Splenda (a banana will sweeten it naturally, but they will be banana flavored pancakes)
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp of baking powder
(I add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup blueberries)

Optional ingredients:
banana
a sprinkle of cinnamon
a splash of vanilla
blueberries

Grab your handy blender and dump the ingredients in, in the order they appear (otherwise the mixture will get all chunky). So, eggs in first, then start the blender. As it's blending, pour in the cottage cheese, then the banana if you're using it, then whatever sweeteners and spices you like, then the oatmeal. Once this is nicely blended, cook as you would pancakes, in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. I love these plain or with fruit, but you can put syrup on them too, just like regular pancakes.

b-FF cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce,on 1c instant oatmeal with lite soy milk[1]

Br-Scrambled eggs w) Canadian bacon on a Eng Muffin[2] decaf coffee with H&H[1]

snack-fruit & ff plain yogurt

Supper-Veggie burger on brown rice and steamed veggies.

des 1 c ff/sf pudding---ff popcorn

Monday=

b-eggbeaters,sausage[2] on WW Waffles[2]1c lite soy milk[1]

d-tilapia fish fillet,6 mini red potatoes and 1 c green peas

snack-1 nectarine

supper-Balsamic shrimp Succotash[recipe] from WW shortcuts
[shrimp,salt pepper,Olive oil,onion,frozen mixed veggies,balsamic vinegar]

des-1c plain yogurt with flavorings
