Hey there Challengettes.
Welcome to Week 3. How are your bods doing??? This week is a major challenge for me so any major fat burning I can do is sorely needed
I've been really lax on journaling and it shows... I'm back up a pound!! And all those potential points that are looming during PASSOVER / EASTER are stressing me out. :o )
Speaking of stress... What exercise-wise works for you to detox from stress? What can you do just for this week for your mind as well?
I'm going to be posting both this week's points and exercise/relaxation to keep me on track. How about you?
