I am talking about something that happened today....
I climbed the rock wall
well above the 15 foot mark!!!
I would have never guessed a few months ago when I started my "get the the top" goal that I would have gotten more then the 3 or 4 feet that I have done in the past BUT I did! I was more then half way up the wall before I tired out and my arms gave up!
Me...a woman that couldn't climb a flight of stairs without panting...the self-proclaimed fat but fabulous, old lady!
The kid that has been helping me from the start remarked that he could "really tell" that I had lost weight. :D
