good morning. personal goal for the day: stay within points. doesn't sound like I'm asking too much, does it?

usual 6

turkey sand 2
steamed brocc/cauli
creamy veg soup 2
carrots
pear 1

at work munch:
choc egg/4 jellybeans 1
pretzel stix .5

d:
shepherd's pie 8

snack:
choc milk 2.5

total: 23 (let's keep our fingers crossed)

exercise: stairmaster 40 mins -2
