Entrees-Poultry or Seafood - how 2 cook Chicken Breasts (Bone in)??

I have a family Pack of Chicken Breasts (Bone in).

Please I need some ideas on how 2 cook them???

I have two execellent recipes for chicken breast that my boyfriend says is the only reason he will diet with me. They are both very easy.
1 -Get 1tbsp bread crumbs, and 3tbsp eggwhites.
2 - Take chicken and dip in breadcrumbs, then eggwhite
3 - spray pan with Pam or other nonstick product
4 - fry chicken untill cooked. medium heat.

** Also you can add some spices like montreal chicken or the keg spice mix to the bread crumbs..very tastey.

1- Place chicken in baking dish
2 - Cut up potatoes, tomato and zuccini, place in baking dish with chicken
3 - sprinkle spices of your choice ( I use paprika, black pepper, oregano, and basil...not too much.) all over chicken and veggies.
4 - Cook for about 1 hour.
