Okay, I just started the SBD. I'm on day 2. My first mini goal is to lose 10% of my total desired weight loss. I want to lose 35, so my mini-goal is 3.5 lbs!
I need a lot of :dust:!

Good for you, I am starting that diet tomorrw, just bought the book today, I am confussed, and nervous...good luck and keep it going..:carrot: Oops can't eat carrots in phase 1..I did remember that..:D
