Cooking Hints & Miscellaneous Info - Question about black beans

I've noticed several recipes for Phase I that contain black beans. Is it okay to have black beans during this phase?:?:

First of all :welcome: to The Beach. Please read the Phase I Food List in the FAQ Section and you'll see that not only black beans but loads of other stuff is allowed on Phase I! Legumes and dairy are very important during this Phase.
